Reiki courses for me

Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Classes & Degrees

Learning Reiki is simple and easy. You don’t need any specific knowledge or experience, just the willingness to learn. Reiki First Degree and Reiki Second Degree course are boutique of 2-4 people per class and are held in-person at the Little Reiki Retreat, in the Lower Kaimai, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.

You’ll find your learning environment to be supportive, relaxed, caring and fun. Once you’ve completed your Reiki course you may wish to join our Reiki share group for ongoing learning and Reiki practice, it’s free for all students who have trained with me.

If you would like to learn Reiki sooner than the course dates available, you may wish to learn during the weekdays. If you have a friend or family member and you’d like to learn Reiki together, please contact me and we can arrange a course for you both.

Certification of completion is given with each level and is recognised by Reiki New Zealand Incorporated (Inc), A comprehensive Reiki manual and a copy of your Reiki lineage is given with each Reiki course.

Course duration: Reiki First Degree and Reiki Second Degree courses are taught consecutively over two days, from 9:30am - 4:30pm approx,.
Reiki NZ Inc recommends a minimum of 12 hours training for Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2.

Reiki First Degree Introduces you to the history and development of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Reiki principles, self-development and self-healing, Reiki practice and hands-on-healing. Reiki First Degree focusses on your own-self-healing on day one and on day two there is a focus on sharing Reiki with your friends, family and pets.

You receive Four Reiki Reiju over two days and a comprehensive Reiki course manual, a copy of your Reiki lineage and Certificate for Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki First Degree.

Classes take place over two days, e.g. Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am - 4:30pm approx or during the weekdays.

It is recommended that students practice what they have learned in their Reiki First Degree for a minimum of 3-6 months before continuing with their Reiki Second Degree.

Reiki Second Degree Introduces you to Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki energetic symbols and techniques, spiritual ethics, principles of good practice, energetic etiquette for hands-on-healing, distance Reiki and Reiki practice. Reiki Second Degree empowers you to facilitate Reiki safely and effectively to benefit yourself and others.

If you would like to become a Reiki Practitioner, Reiki NZ Inc recommends training to Level 2 at least (minimum).

In Reiki Second Degree, you receive Second Degree Reiju, comprehensive Reiki course manual, a copy of your Reiki lineage and Certificate for Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Second Degree.

Classes take place over two days, e.g. Saturday and Sunday from 9:30am - 4:30pm approx. A Reiki Review takes place 2-4 weeks after your course.

The decision and journey to become an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and Teacher is a life-choice pathway. You would have completed your Reiki First Degree and Reiki Second Degree with Dionne. You’ll also be professionally practising Reiki with clients. In this course you are mentored for a period of time of approximately one year.

With Reiki Master teacher training a commitment to your ongoing Reiki practice, both personally and professionally is essential. Reiki teachers are dedicated to their daily self-care with Reiki practice and step with awareness and compassion into living and being “Reiki” and to sharing the love of Reiki with others.
